We are looking for a new team member for our tech team at Swazm! We need you to be a passionate JavaScript Back-end Developer to join us in new adventures in the exciting world of blockchain infrastructure.
Job Overview
As a team member, you will be involved in developing microservices and APIs for our in-house projects. The team is working with new technologies and uses Docker to deploy its apps faster and safer. You would be learning everything on this list that you don’t already know and much more.
Responsibilities and Duties
Implement and test software modules that meet specifications
Create, execute and document the tests necessary to ensure that a service or technical environment meets performance requirements (technical and functional)
Participate in identifying configuration changes to services so that they meet business requirements
Integrate technical and service components
Maintain, tune and repair services in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications
Perform preventive maintenance activities
Requirements
Technical:Strong JavaScript experience is required
2+ years of experience with NodeJS
Experience with API development
Experience with Microservice development
Experience with frameworks like Hapi, Express, etc.
Experience with Continuous Integration servers and in building up one
Experience in architecting appropriate Git workflows for a project
Experience with Parse
Knowledge about Docker and working with containers
Experience with Golang
Passionate about programming with the desire to learn new technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and analytical skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Able to work both independently and in team environments
Able to understand complex business requirements
